We offer two types of pickup at DTW; Inside Terminal ("Meet & Greet"), and Curbside pickup (At the Arrivals curbside doors/lanes outside). An Inside Terminal pickup is an additional $20.00 charge. To specify Inside terminal or Curbside Pickup, you must first enter your flight information into the reservation form. The software will validate your flight number, and then the option to select "Inside Terminal" or "Curbside" will appear. If you do not enter any flight information, your pickup will automatically be considered CURBSIDE.
Your reservation will be assigned a driver shortly after booking. You will be notified by text message when this happens. Passengers also receive a 72-hour and 24-hour text message and email reminder that will include your Driver's name and phone number. You can also call our main line at 313-425-6870 and press Option #1 for our Virtual Dispatcher. You will need your 5-digit confirmation number. The Virtual Dispatcher will relay all the pertinent information about your reservation in real time, including your currently assigned driver's name and phone number. If you're still having trouble, no problem. Just call management at 313-425-6870 and press Option #4 to talk to a representative.
Your 5-digit reservation confirmation number can be found in your confirmation email sent to you at the time of booking. It can also be found in your KMV Online account in the "Rides" tab, and additionally in the KMV Passenger App. Passengers receive a 72-hour and 24-hour text message and email reminder that will also include your confirmation number. If you're still having trouble, no problem. Just call or text management at 313-425-6870 and we will give you your confirmation number.
We recommend making a reservation at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability. The schedule is first-come, first-served.
Yes, absolutely! We offer Rear-Facing (Infant), Front-Facing (Toddler), and Booster seats available for your trip. There is a $10 fee EACH for child car seats. Please select the number and type of car seats required during checkout.
DTW Reservations
If your reservation is a trip TO or FROM DTW (Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport), there are FLAT RATES for every city within the ten (10) counties immediately surrounding Metro Detroit. Click HERE to view our current Flat Rate Price List.
Please note there is a $10 Pickup Fee for PICKUPS ONLY from DTW. There is NO EXTRA CHARGE for drop-offs at DTW.
Hourly Reservations
HOURLY bookings are billed at $75.00/hr for Black SUV, and $55/hr for Standard SUV. Our current hourly rates require a three (3) hour minimum booking. If you require a booking lasting longer than 8 hours, please be aware overtime rates begin after 8 hours. Any time billed after 8 hours will be $125.00 per hour for Black SUV, and $89/hr for Standard SUV, with a maximum 12 consecutive hours in one reservation.
Point-to-Point (Non-DTW) Reservations
Non-DTW reservations that do not require a driver to be waiting on site for the entire reservation are considered "Point to Point" bookings. These are billed by distance:
Black SUV: $79 + $2.75 per mile + County fee
Standard SUV: $69 + $2.00 per mile + County fee
Point to Point reservations with a PICKUP location in the following counties will incur an additional fee based on the pickup county:
Oakland & Wayne Counties: $0 Fee
Macomb County: $40.00 travel fee
St. Clair County: $60.00 travel fee
Livingston County: $40.00 travel fee
Lapeer County: $70.00 travel fee
Genesee County: $80.00 travel fee
Ingham County: $100.00 travel fee
Washtenaw County: $40.00
Monroe County: $60.00 travel fee
EARLY PICKUP
For any reservation with a pickup time between 12:00 Midnight - 5:00 AM EST, there is an additional $20 Early Pickup Fee.
EXTRA STOPS
There is an additional $20 charge for Extra Stops between your Pickup and Final Drop-off locations. If management determines your stop is too far off-route or out of the way of your Final Destination, additional fees may apply. A good rule of thumb is, if the stop would be generally considered to be "on the way" to your Final Destination, there will not be any additional fees over and above the $20 Extra Stop Fee.
Child Car Seats
There is a $10 fee EACH for child car seats. Please select the number and type of car seats required during checkout.
We do NOT charge per passenger, for additional passengers, or luggage.
Yes, we absolutely serve other major airports in the Southeastern Michigan area. We serve: LAN (Lansing), FNT (Flint Bishop), MBS (Saginaw), PTK (Oakland County Int'l/Pontiac), YIP (Willow Run), and DET (Detroit City Airport/Coleman A. Young).
Reservations TO or FROM these satellite airports will be billed as Point-to-Point bookings, which must currently be made over the phone or by text message at 313-425-6870. We are currently working to add Point-to-Point bookings to our online reservations system; check back soon for this improvement.
Currently, all reservations require a valid debit or credit card to be held on file to confirm your reservation. Your card will not be charged until your ride is complete, and you are NOT required to use that card on file to pay for your reservation. It is simply kept on file to hold and confirm your reservation. We DO NOT require any form of deposit in order to book any reservation.
We currently accept all major credit and debit cards online and in the vehicle. The preferred method of payment is by credit or debit card. However, we also accept Cash, Venmo, and Cash App. Please feel free to pay however you prefer.
If you're booking online or through the mobile app and wish to add a tip to your reservation, please let us know in the "Notes" section the dollar amount or percentage you want to add. We will update your reservation with the new total and send you an updated Trip Sheet via email.
For tipping after your ride is complete, just inform your driver you wish to add a tip to your reservation. Drivers can either add it to your Credit or Debit card, or alternatively, they also accept Cash, Venmo, and Cash app for gratuity.
We never automatically charge any client for gratuity. Obviously tipping is always appreciated, but we are adamant the client not feel any pressure to do so.
Some clients may wish to have a specified amount or percentage of gratuity automatically added to some or even all of their reservations. Contact management at (313)-425-6870 to arrange this, or any custom pricing arrangement.
Those airlines are located in the McNamara Terminal at DTW Airport.
For DOMESTIC ARRIVALS into McNamara Terminal, your Chauffeur will meet you according to your preferred pickup option (CURBSIDE or INSIDE TERMINAL)
For CURBSIDE, you will meet directly outside the Domestic Arrivals Doors. Usually the client and Chauffeur will agree on a Door Number to meet at (Door 1, Door 2, Door 3, etc).
For INSIDE TERMINAL (Meet & Greet), your chauffeur will meet you as you exit the secure area into the Domestic Arrivals Lobby. You will see a line-up of different Drivers holding signs and tablets with their clients' names on them. Just look for your name. Your Chauffeur will assist you with your bags and escort you to the vehicle.
Regardless of your choice of pickup, you will receive text message instructions when you land that will guide you through the pickup process, step by step.
FOR INTERNATIONAL ARRIVALS AT MCNAMARA TERMINAL:
Your Chauffeur will either:
Meet you as you exit US Customs into the International Arrivals Lobby. You will claim your checked luggage BEFORE you enter the Arrivals Lobby. Your Chauffeur will be waiting for you as you exit the secure area of the terminal into the lobby. You will see a line-up of different Drivers holding signs and tablets with their clients' names on them. Just look for your name. Your Chauffeur will escort you to the vehicle.
OR
Your Chauffeur will meet you CURBSIDE, directly outside the International Arrivals Doors. Usually the client and Chauffeur will agree on a Door Number to meet at (Door 1, Door 2, Door 3, etc).
NOTE: INSIDE TERMINAL OR "MEET & GREET" PICKUPS ADD A $20.00 CHARGE TO YOUR RESERVATION. IN ORDER TO SELECT INSIDE TERMINAL PICKUP, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO ENTER YOUR FLIGHT INFORMATION FIRST. THE OPTION TO ADD AN INSIDE TERMINAL PICKUP WILL NOT APPEAR UNTIL A VALIDATED FLIGHT NUMBER IS ENTERED INTO THE FORM.
ALL AIRLINES other than Delta, KLM, Air France, and Aero Mexico are located in the Warren C. Evans, or North Terminal at DTW Airport. For DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL ARRIVALS into Evans/North Terminal, your Chauffeur will either:
Meet you in Baggage Claim. Your Chauffeur will be waiting for you as you exit the secure area of the terminal into Baggage Claim. You will see a line-up of different Drivers holding signs and tablets with their clients' names on them. Just look for your name. Your Chauffeur will go with you to collect any checked luggage, then escort you to the vehicle.
OR
Your Chauffeur will meet you CURBSIDE, directly outside the Domestic Arrivals Doors. Usually the client and Chauffeur will agree on a Door Number to meet at (Door 1, Door 2, Door 3, etc).
Regardless of your choice of pickup, you will receive text message instructions when you land that will guide you through the pickup process, step by step.
